Flattening Homebuilding and Remodeling Activity
Builder’s Index Down Slightly. Remodeler’s Activity Flat with 2010

A statewide survey of homebuilders covering the third quarter of 2011, showed a slight decline in home building activity compared to the same period one year ago. The same survey showed residential remodeling holding steady compared to year ago levels.
